I am long time Nautilus user way back when (late 70's early 80's).  Recently my wife and I were able to obtain some equipment for our personal use.  Of course we had to have more equipment and support what we had procured (used Nautilus equipment). We located this web site.  We developed communications with Bill.  Bill a is very likeable person, he is very knowledgeable and real with his perspective on the entire line of Nautilus equipment and supporting logistics.  We sent him money for parts and equipment, he coordinated the delivery like clockwork.  We were pleased with the thorough communications before shipping, during, and follow up.  He has a great delivery system in play with Dave Goalder. trucking.  We live on the opposite coast from Dave, we definitely are pleased and look forward to our next transaction with Bill.

I recently purchased four pieces of used commercial Nautilus equipment from IFR for my home gym.  The previous owners used IFR to maintain the equipment since it was new.  As a result, this equipment was in perfect shape.  Bill Casto was extremely helpful throughout the entire process (from equipment selection to delivery).  Both Bill and his assistant Ray provided expert instruction during the dismantlement and transportation of the equipment.  As a result, the equipment is now in my basement and working perfectly.

I wanted to reassemble the equipment and found that the direction that IFR provided during the dismantlement allowed me to do so with no problems.  I feel that the equipment was an excellent value and that the overall experience was outstanding.  I will look to Bill for future purchases and would definitely recommend IFR to anyone looking for top quality exercise equipment, great pricing, and excellent service.

I am writing this letter on behalf of IFR who has serviced the fitness room facilities within the Syracuse City School District for the past several years.  This included rooms in four high schools and seven middle schools.  Our contract was for annual maintenance of each facility and minor repairs and replacements (ie. cables, padding repair, etc.).

Bill Casto, who owns and operates the company, has done an outstanding job for us.  Machines are well maintained at a reasonable price.  In addition, I am personally made aware of any safety issues.  He has also worked closely with many of our staff to find financially reasonable ways to replace or purchase new equipment or other fitness room needs such as racks or flooring.

I purchased a Nautilus Omni Multi Exercise machine from Bill Casto a couple of months ago, sight unseen from New York State. The unit had previously been a part of the Buffalo Bills training facility, so I figured it would be pretty well fried.  But such was not the case; the machine was in fact in better shape than Bill described it as he actually downplayed the condition.

Bill was very helpful in finding an alternative shipper when the original shipper backed out of delivering to Billings, Montana.  His equipment and customer service is as good as it gets!

I recently found IFR on web when searching for a used Versa Climber.   If anyone is familiar with the Versa Climber,  they are very difficult to find used and are even more difficult and expensive to ship.   The Versa Climber was in great shape as Bill had described and he had worked out a great deal on the machine.   In addition, I was able to avoid shipping costs by picking it up at Bill’s warehouse myself.   This was an all around great experience.  Thanks Bill.
